Fans of the original The Office series will rejoice. Ricky Gervais has inked a deal with BBC Films to make it into a movie.

In the film, Gervais will revive the lovably awkward doofus that is David Brent, the manager from the British version who inspired Steve Carell’s Michael Scott character in the U.S. remake. The film will be a “spinoff feature,” called Life on the Road catching up with Brent over a decade after The Office ended, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“We find out what Brent is doing now and what’s happened in the last 15 years since his redundancy from his beloved Wernham Hogg,” BBC Films said in a press release. “He’s a sales rep now, selling cleaning products up and down the country, but has never really give up on his dream of being a rock star.”

Production is set to start next year. No news whether it will be a feature film or air only on TV. We can’t wait!
