T-Mobile customers have been unable to log into their accounts via the “My T-Mobile” section of the company’s website for the past two days, but the company says that the problem should be resolved as soon as today.

The Bellevue, Wash.-based wireless carrier isn’t providing specifics about the nature of the problem, except to describe it as a maintenance issue, and not the result of a hack or security breach.

My T-Mobile actually started experiencing problems three days ago, causing sporadic outages for some customers at that time. For the past two days, the site has been down to give the engineering team a better chance to solve the problem.

The company says customers who haven’t been able to pay their bills through the site won’t be penalized in any way as a result of the outage.
