We already knew that Destiny, the first-person shooter developed by Bellevue-based Bungie, was off to a hot start with retailers spending $500 million to stock store shelves. But now we know how much consumers spent: Activision, which published the game, said Destiny grossed $325 million in its first five days. Bungie added that players have logged more than 100 million hours of online play during its first week, putting it on par with insanely popular Activision titles, like “Call of Duty.” The game is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
