A few weeks ago, GeekWire put out a casting call on the site for geeky kids, inviting their parents to bring them into the GeekWire offices to answer questions about technology for a video series at the GeekWire Summit.

It was a great learning experience for us. Some of the questions that we were sure would resonate actually fell flat, while other questions that we suspected would bomb actually resonated with many of the kids, and elicited some great responses.

One surprise hit was the question, “Who’s better: Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, or Google?” Check out the video above for their funny — and insightful! — responses.

See the rest of the videos below. We especially loved Ron’s innovative project in the first video below. Elise’s explanation of what she wants to do when she grows up (second video below) got a giant cheer from the Summit crowd.

A big thanks to all of the parents and kids for taking the time to visit our offices, and for putting up with our goofy questions.
