Microsoft today began rolling out the official release of a new update that moves transactions on the Xbox 360 to actual currency instead of Microsoft’s point system.
The changes were implemented for a group of beta testers last week and now others have started seeing their existing Microsoft Points turn into real money.
As it is now, 80 Microsoft Points are equal to $1. So take your total number of Microsoft Points, divide it by 80, and that’s how much money — you’ll possibly have more — will be in your Microsoft account. Gamers will have until June 1, 2015 to spend their converted Points.
