Every day in this region an employee is tasked with a responsibility that is often viewed as a chore instead of an opportunity: scheduling the monthly, quarterly or annual team building exercise or holiday party for the office. For some people, this a chance to flex their creativity and be the office hero. Unfortunately, for most who are presented with this opportunity, it more often than not leads to the choice of “just do what you did last time.” The golf tournament or opulent dinner seemed to be fun for a lot of people, why not do it again? Don’t be mistaken, those options can be excellent ones for certain groups and certain events. But before picking up the phone and booking your tee times, you should ask yourself a couple of questions —
Do my colleagues even like to ___________?
Was there a goal of the event?
Did the event accomplish that goal?
It is our core belief that the majority of the professionals in the Puget Sound workforce are still very young at heart. Growing up with Nintendo’s, Xbox’s, and PC’s in their homes, they are passionate about gaming, technology, and entertainment. Because of that, we created experiences that cater to you, many of which have technology and games that were built right here in the PNW.

When creating Virtual Sports, we had one objective in mind: build a technology-oriented facility around team-based, social competition that catered to adults and featured a bar. We wanted activities where a department can be a team and have the ability to keep an entire company occupied and entertained, all at the same time.
We wanted things that were easy for everyone but still created opportunities for people and teams to be exceptional if they worked together. It was also important to offer activities that anyone can enjoy, regardless of skill level. After a half-decade of working to perfect the delicate balance, Virtual Sports has evolved into one of the top destinations for corporate parties and team building in the Pacific Northwest. We’re sure you believe us but we thought we’d share a few thoughts from a few of our satisfied customers.
“The upstairs room was a perfect size for our company of 45 people. The staff there were really helpful, allowing us early access prior to their opening the doors. We even found out halfway through our event that we had an employee with a food allergy and our contact at Virtual Sports went out and picked up a special lunch order for him (that was above and beyond)!” -Bobbi E.
“I have been wanting to host our corporate party here for a few years and finally got to! It was awesome! The staff was patient with all of our additional requests for announcements and were very polite and helpful! Everyone had a blast and some even said it was ranked one of the best holiday parties ever!” -Dana D.
There are a number of excellent entertainment options in this region. Because of that, we encourage the individuals that have been tasked with this responsibility to ensure that the selection you make is right for your team. When you book your event with us, we’ll do everything we can to deliver the results our clients come to expect year after year. With options for groups ranging from 10 person departmental outings to 500 person holiday parties, we can accommodate events of any size.
