About this role
LevelTen Energy is hiring a Vice President of Marketing to lead its Seattle-based clean-energy marketplace through its next phase of growth — a role for a versatile leader who spans brand, product marketing, demand generation and communications, and who is as comfortable setting strategy as executing it.
As Vice President of Marketing, you’ll lead a global team through LevelTen’s most ambitious phase yet: doubling revenue year over year while reinforcing the company’s position as the definitive voice in clean energy procurement. You’ll own the full marketing and communications function — brand, demand generation, product marketing, PR and executive communications — and you’ll build the team, systems and market narrative to support that growth. Responsibilities span brand strategy, leading a global team distributed across North America and Europe, media relations across North America and Europe, events and social, content and editorial, and ownership of the website through a phased refresh already underway.
Qualifications: at least 15 years in marketing and communications; 5 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing marketing teams in a global environment; business acumen that connects marketing decisions to pipeline, pricing and growth targets; and impeccable writing skills, with the ability to calibrate content depth, voice, and tone across diverse platforms.
The estimated compensation for this position is $180,000-200,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus and an equity grant.
