About this role
Hiya is hiring a Sr. GTM Engineer, Marketing to transform its website into an AI-powered, revenue-driving digital growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and product — responsible for leading Hiya’s migration from Webflow to a headless CMS architecture while partnering closely with Marketing leadership to bring positioning, campaigns, and GTM initiatives to life through high-performing digital experiences. You will own website KPIs including traffic growth, engagement, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution, while architecting systems that enable rapid experimentation and global expansion.
Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end buyer journey; leading migration to a modern headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok) with a React/Next.js frontend; building modular systems for rapid campaign deployment; integrating AI agents and LLM APIs for dynamic content, personalization, SEO/GEO, and localization; owning international expansion across 20+ markets; and architecting event tracking and attribution frameworks.
Required: 5–8+ years in growth engineering, frontend engineering, or product-focused web development in B2B SaaS or PLG; strong React/Next.js; hands-on experience leading headless CMS implementations; proficiency with GA4, Amplitude, and A/B testing frameworks; strong technical SEO and performance optimization. Hybrid — Seattle. Compensation: $133,500–$194,000 base plus equity.
