About this role

Carbon Robotics is hiring a Senior Manager of Autonomous Support Operations to own the strategy and execution of remote operations for its autonomous fleet — from staffing models and intervention protocols to performance optimization and global scaling. You’ll define how humans and machines work together in real time and scale Remote Operations Centers to support global autonomous fleet growth.

Carbon Robotics is looking for 10+ years of experience in operations, ideally in robotics, autonomy, logistics, or high-scale real-time systems, plus experience building and scaling operational teams in complex environments and defining and managing operational KPIs. Experience with command centers, NOCs, dispatch, or remote operations is a strong plus. The role travels up to 50% to field sites or regional operational centers initially, dropping to 25% long term. Seattle onsite.

Carbon Robotics’ base salary pay range: $155,000–$165,000.
