About this role
Starfish Space is hiring a Project Execution Manager to help deliver on an expanding portfolio of satellite servicing projects — from developing the Otter servicing vehicle to executing agreements with government and commercial customers. You’ll collaborate across internal engineering and external stakeholders (SES, U.S. Space Force, Space Development Agency, NASA) to define objectives, conduct research, drive deliverables, and ensure project success.
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to track many moving pieces and deadlines in a fast-paced startup; college degree or equivalent experience. Due to ITAR, must be a U.S. person. Tukwila, WA onsite.
Compensation: $100K–$180K plus equity (0.01%–0.05%).
