About this role
At Amperity, we’re accelerating our AI strategy to redefine what’s possible in customer intelligence, activation, and enterprise-scale personalization. This role will own and articulate the AI product vision that differentiates Amperity’s platform — spanning predictive modeling, LLMs, intelligent automation, and advanced personalization — and guide how these capabilities transform core customer workflows.
As the senior leader for Amperity’s AI portfolio, you will set the company’s AI principles and operating mechanisms, drive long-range planning and portfolio prioritization across AI/ML product surfaces, lead integration of LLMs, predictive models, personalization engines, and intelligent automation into core workflows (data onboarding, identity resolution, segmentation, analytics, activation), and represent Amperity’s AI strategy externally. Reports to the Chief Product Officer.
Requirements: 12+ years in PM, AI/ML platforms, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS with deep experience leading AI-centric product lines; strong technical fluency across entity resolution and probabilistic modeling, LLMs and RAG systems, predictive modeling and personalization, and responsible AI; experience in MarTech, AdTech, or CDPs; and prior experience scaling AI features in cloud/data environments (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, Azure). Hybrid — three days a week in Seattle. Base salary: $200,000–$280,000 plus cash incentives and stock options.
