We are seeking a director of corporate marketing that will oversee ExtraHop’s digital marketing, web, and branding efforts. He or she will lead the planning, development and execution of inbound and outbound online marketing as well as primary responsibility for our corporate websites. He or she will also play a vital role in brand strategy to execution.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage ExtraHop Web properties to support the company’s objectives for brand positioning, awareness,  engagement, and conversion.
Lead a team of marketing program managers to develop and execute integrated marketing programs by specific customer/market segments. These integrated programs must apply the right mix of inbound and outbound elements, both digital and physical to achieve specific customer acquisition and retention goals.
Establish program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria. Use digital metrics to optimize marketing spend.
Managing and executing online initiatives including promotions, SEO/SEM, merchandising and analysis to drive customer acquisition, retention and growth
Oversee online media partner relationships and spend, as well as tracking progress against performance metrics to optimize results
Manage the selection of agencies and the development of these critical relationships
Work with social operations to develop corporate social media strategy and governance
Guide the creation of B2B marketing materials including whitepapers, industry briefs, websites, emails, landing pages, FAQs, contributed articles, press releases, collateral, blog posts and social media content
A/B test content formats and channels to validate suggestions for change, and move quickly to implement data-driven improvements
Provide clear, objective guidance of creative work during development, ensuring a high level of quality, consistency in tone and voice
Work closely with sales team and partners to generate brand awareness
Skills & Qualifications
7-10 years of online marketing experience with a strong focus on analytics
5-7 years of SEO/SEM experience
3-5 years of B2B social media experience
Experience creating persuasive B2B marketing content
Experience optimizing websites for branding and demand creation objectives
Strategic marketing planning as well as budget and resource management
Familiarity and experience results tracking, reporting, and analysis
Experience with marketing automation systems desired
Use of social media in support of branding and demand generation
Development of integrated marketing programs that combined inbound and outbound tactics
Management of large cross-functional teams collaborating on complex projects
Management of communications to stakeholders on a global scale
Ability to provide clear communication and direction to copy-writing, design and web development professionals
Experience selecting and overseeing agency relationships, strongly desired
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Excellent problem solver with an innovative mindset
