About this role
Seattle AI-avatar startup Nuance Labs wants a hands-on performance marketer to build its first repeatable user-acquisition channels.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who combines analytical rigor with fast, hands-on execution. This is a zero-to-one opportunity: build our first repeatable acquisition channels and turn early interest into meaningful product usage. You’ll own acquisition experiments, campaign measurement, and conversion optimization. What We’re Looking For: A track record of personally running acquisition campaigns and improving measurable business or product outcomes, with depth in at least one paid channel. Location: In-person in Seattle, five days a week.
$200,000–$225,000 base salary, plus meaningful equity.
