About this role
Syndio is building the category for Decision Intelligence for Pay by partnering deeply with the platforms, advisors, and service providers its customers already trust. This role scales Syndio’s strategic ecosystem across leading technology platforms — SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Oracle, ServiceNow — plus global systems integrators and service providers including PwC, Mercer, and Strada. Through compelling joint value propositions, field-ready enablement, and repeatable go-to-market motions, this leader creates customer value while driving measurable growth.
Reporting to the President, the role defines and executes Syndio’s partnership strategy. Experience scaling technology partnerships at enterprise SaaS. Remote (U.S.).
For this role our salary is targeted at $180,000–$210,000 base per year.
