— Rajat Bahri, former CFO at identity management provider ID.me, joined Bellevue, Wash-based contract management software company Icertis as CFO.
Bahri is a finance veteran, having worked in senior leadership roles at Kraft Foods, Trimble Navigation, Jasper Technologies, and Wish, where he helped take the company public in 2020.
Bahri replaces Curt Anderson, who held the CFO role for four years.
Founded in 2009, Icertis was valued at $5 billion after an investment from SoftBank in October. The company raised an undisclosed investment from SAP in January.
Icertis, which helps companies keep track of deals with suppliers and customers, is one of a handful of billion-dollar startups in the Seattle region.
Other personnel changes across the Pacific Northwest tech industry:
- Kal Raman, a Seattle-based exec who was most recently chief digital officer at Samsung, joined CommerceIQ, a Silicon Valley e-commerce startup backed by Madrona Venture Group and others.
- Daryn Nakhuda, a veteran Seattle engineering leader who co-founded Mighty AI and was most recently at Aurora, joined Toronto-based self-driving startup Waabi as senior director of software engineering.
- Lisa Nelson, former managing director of Microsoft’s venture capital arm, joined the board of Seattle-area employee experience company Limeade as a non-executive director.
- Andrew Foster, former chief of Madigan Army Medical Center’s Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, joined Seattle healthcare data startup AdaptX as vice president for military and veterans health.
