Starbucks is offering employees free subscriptions to the meditation app, Headspace, as part of a push to improve the mental health of its workforce.

Employees — or partners, as Starbucks calls them — “have access to hundreds of themed sessions and easy guided meditations on everything from stress and sleep to focus and anxiety,” the company said Monday in an announcement.

In addition to Headspace subscriptions, Starbucks plans to revamp its mental healthcare program, including training for store managers. The changes follow a 12,000-person session on mental and emotional health that Starbucks organized for store leaders.

Headspace has a number of partnerships like the one Starbucks announced this week. The company boasts relationships with Amazon, Google, Apple, and LinkedIn. Partner companies offer the popular meditation app to employees, as Starbucks plans to do. Headspace has more than 45 million users around the world.
