Amazon will donate $10 million to “organizations that are working to bring about social justice and improve the lives of Black and African Americans,” the company announced Wednesday.

The donation comes amid protests over George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis. Various tech companies have issued statements and some are also donating money to similar organizations. Facebook is giving $10 million; Cisco is giving $5 million; WeWork is giving $2 million; and Google, Intel, Shopify, and Uber are giving $1 million, among others.

Amazon said its Black Employee Network helped pick the recipients; the company is also giving a grant to BEN to fund local organizations where employees work.

Black employees make up 26.5% of Amazon’s workforce, and 8.3% of its managers.

Amazon leaders including CEO Jeff Bezos and Amazon Web Services chief Andy Jassy have made public statements related to the protests and underlying inequities.

Here’s the list of organizations receiving money from Amazon:

  • ACLU Foundation
  • Brennan Center for Justice
  • Equal Justice Initiative
  • Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law
  • NAACP
  • National Bar Association
  • National Museum of African American History and Culture
