Qualtrics today unveiled a series of new features to beef up its “experience management” platform through the infusion of artificial intelligence, automation and machine learning. The new techs comes at a time of rapid growth for the company, and it just announced an expansion in Dallas.

The new features are able to analyze and detect issues with products and services through a number of feedback channels, including social media, product reviews and more. When an “experience gap” is detected, the technology pushes personalized mobile alerts to the right teams to rectify the issue.

SAP-owned Qualtrics helps companies measure, understand and improve the ways their customers and employees experience products, services and their roles inside companies. The new tech aims to unite the four pillars of the Qualtrics’ platform — customer, employee, product, and brand.

“Embracing a complete experience management system is becoming more critical. Companies need to go beyond traditional satisfaction and sentiment to enabling their employees with action-based insights,” Qualtrics’ Chief Experience Officer Julie Larson-Green said in a statement. “Today, customer, employee, product, and brand experiences are interrelated and have high impact on each other.

In addition to this new technology, the fast-growing company announced plans to triple its headcount in the Dallas area. Qualtrics scooped up a 40,000-square-foot space in the Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas, with room for up to 200 people.

Qualtrics, which splits its headquarters across offices in Seattle and Provo, Utah, first landed in Texas in 2015. Since then, it has grown to more than 100 employees in the Dallas area.

Company-wide, Qualtrics plans to grow from 2,500 employees today to approximately 8,000 by 2023. The company is embarking on a major real estate expansion to house its growing headcount.

  • In Seattle, Qualtrics leased 275,000 square feet across 13 stories in the 2+U tower, being developed and built by Skanska at Second Avenue and University Street. The deal sets the stage for the company to quadruple its workforce to more than 2,000 people in Seattle in the years ahead.
  • Qualtrics plans to double the size of its Provo campus with a new office space with room for 1,000 more workers. The new office brings Qualtrics’ campus in Utah to a total of 355,000 square feet. The site will also include a 40,000-square-foot STEM-focused daycare.
  • Qualtrics recently opened a new office building in Dublin, its European headquarters, with room for 600 more people.
  • Last month, Qualtrics opened a new office in Chicago, with room for 200 people. It’s the company’s 25th location overall.
