Phoebe Waller-Bridge, the creator and star of the Emmy Award-winning Amazon Prime Video series “Fleabag,” has signed a new deal with Amazon Studios that could be worth around $20 million, according to reports this week.

Reporting on the “substantial overall deal,” Variety said Waller-Bridge will create and produce new content for the studio to premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.

“Fleabag” took home six Emmys on Sunday night, including best comedy series, best actress in a comedy series and best writing for a comedy series. It was the second year in a row Amazon took that series prize, following a win last year for “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.”

“I’m insanely excited to be continuing my relationship with Amazon,” Waller-Bridge said in a statement. “Working with the team on ‘Fleabag’ was the creative partnership dreams are made of. It really feels like home. I can’t wait to get going!”

“Fleabag” ended after just two seasons on Amazon, leaving fans of the critically acclaimed show hungry for more. Waller-Bridge is also a writer and showrunner for the BBC America series “Killing Eve.”

“We are thrilled to be continuing our partnership with Phoebe at Amazon Studios!” Jennifer Salke, head of Amazon Studios, said in a statement. “As evident in her great success at the Emmy Awards this week, she is clever, brilliant, generous and a virtuoso on multiple fronts including writing, acting and producing. ‘Fleabag’ has been a gift to our Prime Video customers and we are excited for what comes next from this brilliant mind to dazzle and delight our global audience.”
