Remote Medical International, a subsidiary of healthcare conglomerate Columbia Pacific Management, announced Monday that it has acquired Newcastle, England, based company HSE Offshore. The companies declined to disclose the terms of the deal.

The acquisition of the U.K. company will fuel Remote Medical’s continued expansion into Europe and Africa, it said in a press release. All 100 of HSE Offshore’s global employees will join Remote Medical international.

Remote Medical offers occupational healthcare services for companies with employees at various, and often remote, sites across the globe. Its services include providing medical screening, injury and evacuation coordination and medical equipment for those sites.

HSE Offshore also offers occupational healthcare services, specializing in clients in energy industries.

“Our goal is to grow and become the leading occupational healthcare company serving heavy construction and industrial markets,” Remote Medical CEO Wayne Wager said in a press release. “This acquisition is a tangible example that we are successfully executing that plan and as we continue down that path new opportunities will open for all of us. I am proud to be on that journey with this amazing team.”

In 2015, Remote Medical was awarded a $95 million contract from USAID to deliver rapid test HIV kits to remote areas.

Remote Medical has 200 employees in more than 150 countries around the world. Its global headquarters are in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood and the company has additional offices in Washington, D.C., and Nairobi, Kenya. It is a portfolio company of Seattle-based Columbia Pacific Management, which also operates a number of hospitals, clinics and senior housing sites in Asia and Africa.
