Santa Claus will be visiting plenty of homes around the world when he makes his deliveries for the Christmas holiday, and he may even have an opinion about what he sees as he emerges from chimneys into a variety of dwellings. But now, thanks to a new listing on Zillow, folks can check out where Santa himself lives — and determine whether the place’s Zestimate is naughty or nice.

Santa’s North Pole home, constructed in the 1800s out of old-growth timber, is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2,500-square-foot “toy lover’s paradise,” according to Zillow. And while it’s not on the market, it’s Zestimate values the residence at $656,957.

The home sits on 25 acres and features old-world charm and modern-day amenities, thanks to a 2013 remodel.

Photographs and a video walk-through show off just what you’d expect of the place where Santa and Mrs. Claus spend their time. There are a lot of red and white Christmas accents, a large fireplace and a sizable kitchen for baking cookies. The property also boasts a toy workshop, reindeer stables and a sleigh garage.

“Santa’s home in the North Pole is one of the most famous homes in the world, so we’re thrilled it’s now on Zillow,” Zillow chief marketing officer Jeremy Wacksman said in a news release. “Millions of kids are looking forward to a visit from Santa this year, and now they have the opportunity to virtually visit Santa’s house themselves.”

Zillow is forecasting that Santa’s home will appreciate 2.2 percent over the next year, which is in line with forecasted home value growth in the United States.

Kids who get a kick out of seeing the home will want to check back and use the page to also follow Santa’s Christmas Eve trek around the world as Zillow is partners with theOfficial NORAD Santa Tracker.
