For some, the heightened suspense of football season in January just means we’re that much closer to another Puppy Bowl. If you’re a fan of all that rollicking cuteness, you’ll be pleased to know that the fur is flying in virtual reality this year.
Animal Planet is offering a 360-degree view of Puppy Bowl XII, the dog-on-dog alternative to the NFL’s little season-ender called the Super Bowl. The network spells out on its website how to get the VR experience in a variety of ways. Videos on the site are already bringing “360 degrees of cute” in a battle of Ruff vs. Fluff. The practice clips feature pups with names such as Wrinkles, Ranger, Marley and Sailor.
The Puppy Bowl airs Feb. 7 at 3 p.m. on Animal Planet.
