comcastxfinityComcast’s evil elves are at it again. Another customer, this one in Addison, Ill., received her bill addressed to “Super B**ch Bauer” after months of poor service and several phone calls.

According to WGN, 63-year-old Mary Bauer was having difficulties with her connection. “I had 39 technicians here from November to April,” she told WGN. Her bills stopped showing for four months, and when she called to inquire why, she finally got the bill — and her new name.

Comcast told WGN they are “investigating this thoroughly and will reach out to our customer.”

This comes just weeks after the Washington couple who received the bill address to “A**hole Brown.”

And while Comcast handled that situation quite swiftly, a person really has to ask: Is this a healthy working environment when employees are acting out like this? I have to say, as someone who has been on the losing end of a battle with Comcast, it is an incredibly frustrating experience. I can only imagine what their labyrinthine phone system is like for their employees to handle, with disgruntled customers on the other end. Regardless, people should keep it professional and leave the name calling out of it.

And let us not even fathom what may come when this Time Warner-Comcast merger goes through.
