Overview

Duties:

Establishes the global sales strategy for the relationships with key NHBB customers

Directs and coordinates the activities of all NHBB stakeholders in achievement of strategic objectives; these stakeholders include the sales team,    engineering, factory, product management, program management, supply chain management and quality assurance.

Monitors the performance of all NHBB personnel involved in the relationship and recommends and/or makes changes as required

Continually evaluates the success of the current strategy and modifies the strategy as required

Directly manages the customer relationship in the US and coordinates with customer relationship managers on a global basis; identifies and validates customer requirements and expectations

Continually seeks to identify business opportunities to grow sales for NMB products; incorporates strategy for new opportunities into existing strategy

Identifies communication and other challenges to business success, handle issues, provide recommendations, implement resolutions

Submits monthly status reports as requested.

Qualifications:

4 Year Degree – Technical Degree preferred

Minimum 5 years’ experience aerospace direct sales

Ability to analyze sales leads and determine fit, function and lifetime value for NHBB

Understanding of technical products

Experienced communication: clients, customers, management Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Able to be flexible and respond to the changing needs of the organization
