Job Overview

We are looking for a rockstar Product Manager, Carrier Partners to work out of our Seattle office and drive key pieces of our future growth. If you thrive on strategy, data driving, and use metric-driven decisions, you will do awesome at Hiya. This role is extremely strategic, you will report to the Vice President Caller Profile. You will drive products that ship on 100s of millions of devices. You will build new experiences that engage millions of users multiple times a day. Job Responsibilities:

Roadmap & Features: You will own the product. All of it. Business development, UX design, Marketing, Legal – you will have rockstar partners but it is your responsibility to make the magic happen.
Strategy: You will identify the key strategy questions and drive to resolution and alignment with stakeholders.
Metrics & Experimentation: You will define the metrics, goals and measure experiments
Technical knowledge, skills, education, and experience:

Experience with deep handset manufacturer integrations
PM experience: 8+ years of experience owning product roadmap for a breakthrough product.
Data-driven: Experience defining metrics and running experiments and testing.
Customer oriented: Works backward from the customer and understands needs.
Carrier telephony or messaging services experience
Communication: Effective written and verbal communicator.
Degree from a 4-year university
Extensive experience working with telecoms
Understanding of key telephony protocols and standards, including SIP, RTP, SMPP, RCS,  Android, and iOS.
