Succeeding in Entrepreneurship – The Ultimate Reality

June 26 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

In today’s culture, entrepreneurship and the journey of starting one’s own business is becoming increasingly popular. The accessibility of the internet, alternative funding sources, and complaints about the 9 to 5 are paving the way for a new generation of business owners.

Who don’t know what the heck they’re getting into.

Entrepreneurship is often glamorized on social media through the showcasing of fancy cars, elegant parties, beach houses, and a lifestyle that ultimately sounds too good to pass up. The realities of somebody starting a business couldn’t be further from the truth.

This event is focused on detailing what the entrepreneurial looks like for the vast majority of people and how you can win at business to turn a profit. We’re going to cover strategies to attract customers, run a sustainable organization, and the shift in habits you’ll need to take in order to be victorious.

The roundtable discussion will be moderated by Alec Mountain and Christopher Davies. The featured speakers who are invited to join us are established Seattle entrepreneurs currently running multi-million-dollar companies

Stuart is the founder of Butler Seattle, focused on valet and transportation. He’s also the founder of The Northwest Events Show. He brings a wealth of knowledge in operating a service-based company, sales, relationship-building, and much more.

Shannon is the founder of Swift HR Solutions, an outsourced HR solution to growing companies. Shannon is also the Seattle chapter president of the Entrepreneurs Organization. Just a few of her areas of expertise include Human Resources, hiring, sales, leadership, and business strategy.
