One-Day Only! Apollo 11 Artifact Public Viewing

June 25 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

$18

50 years after the Moon landing, join us to view a truly unique piece of history: the Apollo 11 Lunar Module Timeline Book. This rare artifact narrates Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin’s extraordinary journey, including nearly 150 real-time annotations, notes and checkmarks made by the astronauts in flight. The book is on loan to the museum for just one day ahead of its sale at Christie’s New York on July 18 and will be surrounded by relevant artifacts from the museum, making this a remarkable viewing experience.

Access to the artifact is available with the price of admission (or free to members!) but all guests must register for a specific 30-minute window.

Tues. June 25, 2019: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm PDT
Included with Admission ($18)
