Sales order and invoice automation software company Conexiom has raised $130 million, the Vancouver, B.C.-based startup announced today.

The company focuses on automating the movement of documents between businesses, reducing manual keying in of transaction data. Conexiom’s platform “extracts, transforms, and delivers data from unstructured documents into your system of record,” according to its website.

“Our platform is mission critical to our customers, helping them automate and scale their order to cash and procure to pay processes,” Ray Grady, who became CEO of the 20-year old company last year, said in a statement.

The funding round was led by Warburg Pincus, with participation from Iconiq Growth and Luminate Capital, which retains a majority stake. The new funding builds on an earlier $40 million Series C round from Iconiq last July, leading to a doubling of the team’s size in 2020.

Connexiom also has offices in Kitchener, Ontario; London, England; Munich, Germany and Chicago, Ill. Customers for its “touchless” order processing include Grainger, Genpak, Prysmian, Rexnord, USESI, and Compugen.
