Founded in 2019, CropWalk develops pest and pathogen control programs. The company also runs The CropTalk Podcast via CropTalk Media. iUNU will add six employees from the deal and incorporate CropWalk into its LUNA system that uses autonomous rail-mounted cameras and canopy level sensors to assess plants, measure growth rates, detect small changes, flag potential problems, and recommend specific actions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 2013, iUNU has more than 40 employees and raised a $7 million round in December.
