Outreach, the billion-dollar Seattle sales engagement startup, is making a big bet on Europe.

The company opened an office in London as part of an expansion in Europe, where it already has more than 200 customers. Outreach has 12 people in London right now, and it aims to triple its headcount there by the end of the year.

“We see a very real opportunity to help evolve the sales industry and customer experience in Europe and we see London as the best place to do so,” Outreach CEO Manny Medina said in a statement.

Leading the new European office is Tom Castley, who spent nearly three years at Apptio, running its European account management team.

Outreach’s technology offers one system to track all sales touch points, from phone calls to emails to LinkedIn messages, and integrates with existing tools including Salesforce and Gmail. It has more than 4,000 customers worldwide, including Adobe, Tableau, Okta, Splunk, DocuSign and SAP.

Outreach employs 450 people, and it recently snagged a new HQ in Seattle. It reached unicorn status last year with a massive $114 million funding round.
