Identity solutions company Visualant changes name to Know Labs

News Brief: Visualant, a Seattle-based company that offers identity, authentication and diagnostic solutions, has changed its name to Know Labs. In addition to the change, the company will alter its stock symbol, which today is VSUL. Phil Bosua, the company’s new CEO said the name change comes from the company mission to provide data for businesses and consumers to know themselves better. Know Labs offers products like ChromaID, which can identify unique molecular signatures in materials, and personal health tracking technology called Bio-RFID.
