At least one tech giant is keeping customers happy.

Amazon maintained the top spot for the third consecutive year in the Harris Poll Reputation Quotient, released on Tuesday. The annual survey ranks 100 companies in an effort to see how brands are perceived by the public.

“Amazon continues to set the bar, earning an ‘excellent’ reputation for the eighth consecutive year,” the report said. The company was also praised for “setting bold goals in reimagining healthcare,” for its plans to team with Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan Chase & Co. to form a new independent healthcare company.

Amazon topped all others in three of the six categories by which corporate reputation is measured in the poll: products and services, emotional appeal, and financial performance. The company was second behind Tesla Motors in vision and leadership, 10th in workplace environment, and failed to make the top 10 for social responsibility.

Meanwhile, fellow tech powerhouses Apple and Google took big falls out of the overall top 10. Apple fell from fifth to 29th, and Google went from eighth to 28th. In 2016, Apple was as high as No. 2.

John Gerzema, CEO of the Harris Poll, told Reuters that a lack of attention-grabbing products likely sent Apple and Google tumbling.

“Google and Apple, at this moment, are sort of in valleys,” Gerzema said. “We’re not quite to self-driving cars yet. We’re not yet seeing all the things in artificial intelligence they’re going to do.”

Other notables on the list: Microsoft (11), The Boeing Co. (16), Costco (17), Netflix (21), Whole Foods Market (23), Facebook (51), Starbucks (54), Nordstrom (55), and T-Mobile (60).

The Trump Organization (96), Equifax (98) and The Weinstein Co. (99) were all new to the list this year and scored in the “poor” and “very poor” range.
