Zillow is debuting a new television ad this weekend during the Academy Awards broadcast, the fifth installment in its “Find Your Way Home” national advertising campaign. The ad shows off the mobile, mapping and sharing features of the online real estate search service, telling the story of a widow using Zillow to find a new house with help from her daughter.
The ad, above, was directed by filmmaker Jeff Preiss and produced by DeutschLA.
The Seattle-based company just completed its $2.5 billion acquisition of Trulia this week. Zillow executives, speaking during a conference call about the acquisition, said they would continue to advertise all of their brands, including Trulia.
