The six-year-old New York-based company, which manages 53 co-working spaces in 19 cities worldwide, is opening its third location in Seattle this coming February.

WeWork will take over the 10th and 11th floors of the Westlake Tower in downtown Seattle, where it will have 32,000 square-feet of space with room for 600 new members.

“We’re anticipating a top-notch community of innovators across sectors and are already seeing strong interest from startups, small businesses, and large brands looking to be part of a meaningful community that will help elevate what they’re creating,” said Gina Phillips, Seattle City Lead for WeWork.

The company first arrived in Seattle two years ago with a 55,000-square foot space in South Lake Union, which now has about 1,000 active members. It opened its second location, WeWork Holyoke, at 1st Ave and Spring Street in September and there are already more than 400 members using five floors of space.

WeWork also just opened a location in Portland.

Depending on size and location, WeWork’s rates generally start at $45 a month for a common membership or $550 a month for a private office. Many people come from the tech sector, but WeWork also caters to businesses across industries like design, fashion, accounting and legal services, among others. Fast-growing startups like Unikrn and Ranku to established organizations like Microsoft Ventures and Redbull have offices at WeWork in Seattle. Textio, which just raised $8 million, worked out of the original South Lake Union building before recently finding its own office.

WeWork, which has more than 40,000 members worldwide, also provides help with finding the right healthcare plans, credit card processors and discounted transportation options for its members. Membership also includes free WiFi, free beer, and access to weekly events.
