WeWork is coming to Portland.

The six-year-old New York-based company, which runs co-working spaces in 13 other cities worldwide, is opening up shop in Portland’s Pearl District this September.

The Oregonian notes that WeWork will move into the former U.S. Custom House at 220 NW Eighth Ave. The company offers month-to-month memberships, with cost depending on how much space you want. Prices have yet to be announced, but rates generally start at $45 a month for a common membership or $550 a month for a private office.

Depending on size, WeWork’s buildings vary from 500 to 1,500 members. Many people come from the tech sector, but WeWork also caters to businesses across industries like design, fashion, accounting and legal services, among others.

WeWork also provides help with finding the right healthcare plans, credit card processors and discounted transportation options for its members. Membership also includes free WiFi, free beer, and access to weekly events.

WeWork opened up a Seattle branch in September 2013.
