Tinder Plus is reportedly arriving today. The app meant to facilitate the ease at which you hook up in the near future will be priced around $9.99 per month.

As we reported about a month ago, the service will include the “Undo” feature, which lets you rewind and give someone another look, and the “Passport” feature, which lets you unlock your location and look for potential mates in locales you might be visiting soon.

Tinder Plus will also be ad-free, as Tinder is working on adding an ad product to its free version. Business Insider reports that the free version will also limit your number of swipes.

The company’s been testing Tinder Plus in a variety of markets, including the UK, where Tinder Plus is priced by age. According to the Evening Standard, users over the age of 28 are charged about $23 per month, while users under 28 pay only about $6.

UPDATE: So, yes, there is a price difference for the Olds in the United States: It’s $9.99 if you’re 29 and under; $19.99 if you’re over 30. The company’s justification, according to what they told HuffPo, is that “during our testing we’ve learned, not surprisingly, that younger users are just as excited about TinderPlus, but are more budget constrained, and need a lower price to pull the trigger.”

Or, you could say, that people over 30 make more money, but are also more time-crunched and desperate to meet people, as let’s face it, it’s easier to hook up when you’re younger and the dating pool is a lot more wide open.

So, game on, I guess? I’d love to hear any real-life accounts if the Tinder upgrades are actually worth the price.
