AmazonFireTV-FireStandingComcast Xfinity TV customers who subscribe to HBO or Showtime can now access HBO Go and Showtime Anytime on Amazon’s Fire TV and the Fire TV Stick. Both services are now available to Comcast subscribers on almost all of the major streaming boxes.

The new capabilities were announced by the cable company today. Both services were previously available on Amazon’s streaming devices for subscribers of some cable providers, but the nation’s largest cable provider was not previously one of them.

Comcast subscribers could already access the HBO and Showtime streaming channels from the Roku, Apple TV, Xbox One and Google’s Chromecast. Only Sony’s PlayStation devices are still left out for Comcast subscribers to those channels.

“We now authenticate more than 90 networks across 18 devices,” Comcast says in a press release, “and those numbers will continue to grow as new technologies and platforms emerge.”
