gw-summitsmallT-Mobile CEO John Legere, who has led the company’s disruption of the wireless industry, will be joining a great lineup of speakers at the 2014 GeekWire Summit, slated for Oct. 2 in Seattle — sharing insights into the booming mobile world and lessons from T-Mobile’s “Un-Carrier” turnaround.

Regular GeekWire readers know that Legere isn’t afraid to speak his mind. He will be rounding out the GeekWire Summit as the final fireside chat of the day, and it promises to be a great conversation.

T-Mobile has been adding millions of customers under Legere’s leadership, forcing its larger rivals to scramble, and there’s a lot to learn from Legere’s approach. (We’ll be sure to have plenty of Red Bull on hand, his preferred on-stage beverage, to help fuel the discussion).

The GeekWire Summit, presented by CenturyLink, is our signature technology conference, taking place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 2 at the Westin Seattle. Tickets are available on the event site or below.
