People looking for high pay and good benefits are finding that working in the tech industry comes with plenty of perks. Glassdoor released its rankings of the top companies for pay and benefits, based on ratings left on the employer review site, and tech companies took home 12 of the top 25 slots.

Google led the charge in first place, with Facebook, Adobe, Epic Systems, Intuit and Salesforce all in the top 10 companies. Costco, which is based in Issaquah, took second place for its well-known pay and benefits packages. Seattle-based employees for those companies are clearly happy with how their compensation has shaken out.

“Strong rewards: pay is equitable if not better than peer companies. ESPP, in particular, is ridiculously good. Health care is similar to most high tech companies but they do offer pet insurance which is somewhat unique,” an Adobe Senior Program Manager from the company’s Seattle office wrote in a recent Glassdoor review.

Tech firms from the Pacific Northwest didn’t fare quite as well in the rankings, though. T-Mobile and Microsoft came in 17th and 18th, respectively, while other companies like Amazon, Zillow and Avalara didn’t even make the list.
