Nokilumia2520a just unveiled its first Windows tablet at Nokia World today and it looks like a giant version of Nokia’s Lumia smartphones.

The Lumia 2520 runs on Windows RT and features a 10.1-inch screen with a 1080p HD display. The device has LTE, a Snapdragon 800 CPU and a screen made out of Gorilla Glass 2. It also has a 6.7-megapixel camera with Zeiss Optics, along with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

In addition, there’s a snap-on keyboard similar to the Surface Type Cover that sells for $149. The keyboard, which includes a trackpad, can provide an extra five hours of battery life and doubles as a cover. With the keyboard attached, Nokia said that the Lumia 2520 can provide up to 16 hours of battery life.

The Lumia 2520 will cost $499 and be available in black, white, blue and red. It will be available in the U.S. and U.K. later this year, though no specific release dates were mentioned.

This is a big day in the tablet world. Microsoft is making its Surface 2 and Surface 2 Pro available in stores today, while Apple is set to announce new iPads Tuesday morning.

Nokia today also announced a giant smartphone and that official Instagram and Vine apps are coming to Windows Phone.
