UC4 Software, a Bellevue company that specializes in IT process automation software, has acquired Ventum Solutions for an undisclosed price. The company said that the deal will bolster its capabilities in helping organizations struggling with “DevOps, IT as a Service, Cloud and Big Data initiatives.”
“With the acquisition of Ventum, UC4 now has an end-to-end solution that unifies the application release process with operational IT process automation in the datacenter,” said Jason Liu, CEO of UC4 Software.
UC4 boasts more than 2,000 customers, and the company says that it automates tens of millions of operations a day for its clients. UC4 also maintains operations in Vienna, Austria where Ventum was based.
