What you’ll be doing…

Our Content Management Engineer will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in engineering content management. In this position you will work with the Information Architect to define, develop and maintain our internal development team knowledge systems. You will work to integrate existing as well as new resources and make the information critical to success of development readily available and accessible to development team members and facilitate knowledge transfer to other groups and systems.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include…

+ Work with Information Architect on template design and implementation of different content types.
+ Establish content governance guidelines throughout the content lifecycle.
+ Maintain the existing content as needed for consistency, based on guidelines set forth by Informatics team.
+ Perform content inventories and quality assessments of internal information resources.
+ Support development team members in authoring, editing and managing of internal knowledgebase content.
+ Work with Documentation and Technical Support teams to ensure knowledge transfer occurs effectively between teams, avoiding information gaps or unnecessary duplication in internal and external knowledgebases.

+ Domain. You have experience with popular content management systems and understanding of information management methods and technologies. You have worked with Confluence or similar products
+ A True Team Player. You know how to work with your colleagues to get their best. You can easily manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
+ Educated. BS or MS in Information Management or equivalent experience
