Description

The Zillow iPhone, iPad, and Android applications are the #1 real estate applications on their respective devices. Our mobile apps have won numerous awards the latest a Webby for our innovative iPad app. We are looking to hire a developer to join our mobile product development team
Responsibilities:
- Work with a product team on the company's mobile applications
- Be involved at all stages of application development, from UI design to final testing
- Work closely with other developers to implement server APIs and services to support planned mobile functionality
- Work on an ongoing basis with UI designers, Program Managers and Testers in a team environment
- Consistently write performance-minded, highly-readable code using OO best practices
- Experience with at least one of Java, Objective-C ,Cocoa, Xcode, or C++
- Technical expertise in Ajax, XML, Web 2.0 application frameworks, tools and technologies
- Exposure to integrating RESTful APIs and web services with applications
- BS in Computer Science with a minimum of 2 years of software application and systems development experience
- A proven track record of high productivity application, architecture, design, coding, debugging
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks with limited need for supervision
- The ability to work in a fast, agile and nimble environment with frequent change
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Passion for Web 2.0 and mobile applications
- Experience in developing mobile consumer software applications preferably on the iPhone or iPad a plus
