You’ll be able to take ownership and contribute to product spec and design in meaningful ways, not just in the implementation. We work as a team based on intelligence, respect and collaboration. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

* Smart people with experience building modern client facing web properties
* 3+ years experience with HTML, CSS, JS. You need to know how to write great CSS, how to put together a page correctly and write solid, clean JS.
* 3+ years experience with any modern programming language (Ruby, Django, Java, PHP, Scala, etc.). Ruby would be best but if not we’ll train you.
* Experience with a modern web or MVC framework. Rails preferred but other certainly considered.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
Experience with high-traffic, production systems.
* BA/BS preferred.
