What you’ll be doing…
As a Team lead you will oversee a small team of Software Engineers who will be responsible for testing next-generation Visual Analytics and Collaboration suite of software. This position will require collaborating with development and program management on the next generation architecture to ensure testability and a highly reliable design, creating and implementing test strategy to ensure high quality test automation that will enable test passes with great test coverage correlated with customer facing quality.
As a leader on the test team, you must be passionate about building great customer experiences, innovating test methodologies and establishing efficient processes. Some of the things you’ll be doing include…
+ Day-to-Day oversight of a small team of engineers (3-5 direct reports) plus the technical and architectural oversight of test areas for features assigned to the team.
+ Schedule and manage team resources for their projects.
+ Identify and resolve risks and issues and effectively communicate team status and technically contribute to team’s success.
+ Participate in annual performance review process for team.

Who you are…

+ Education. Requires a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
+ Highly Technical. Requires a minimum of five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, which includes three years of experience testing computer software utilizing a high-level programming language; designing and implementing automation frameworks; developing and maintaining automated tests
+ Experienced. Experience in testing and profiling large-scale C++ systems; testing high scalable Java and/or Ruby server systems that back dynamic, highly interactive web experiences; automating UI tests; is a plus.
