What you’ll be doing…

Tableau Software is growing rapidly, and one of the most important keys to our continued success is to hire the right people into the right jobs! Tableau Software has a passion for excellent customer service, and HR is at the center of it all. As our Sales Recruiter, you will work closely with our hiring managers to help us reach our most important goal: achieving excellence in hiring.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include …

• Meeting with managers to assess hiring requirements and collaborating on recruiting activities.
• Screening and interviewing incoming candidates for requirements and company fit.
• Proactively sourcing high quality passive candidates.
• Scheduling interviews and gathering candidate feedback.
• Progress candidates through the applicant process; from managing our applicant tracking system to gathering applications and conducting reference and background checks.
