What you’ll be doing …
You will be a key part of the quality assurance team for our next-generation Visual Analytics and Collaboration suite. As an active contributor in a collaborative team environment, you’re passionate about the quality of our products and our culture. You will provide infrastructure planning, maintenance and troubleshooting of all QA environments as well as testing and validation of the environments and quality reporting.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include …

 Work closely with your peers as well as development staff to resolve issues with the extensive QA test environment suite.
 Define and coordinate appropriate test environments for all releases.
 Install, monitor and maintain the test environments and automating these processes where possible.
 Perform integration and system testing on the environments to ensure their availability and validity.
 Troubleshoot and work to resolve any issues with the environments.
 Record all results, and completely document defects and system errors.

 Highly Technical. You understand and are passionate about server software products and IT infrastructure and can troubleshoot problems effectively.
 Testing Advocate. You have strong understanding of software test methods / execution and techniques such as regression, integration load, and usability.

 Analytical and Curious. You love understanding data, patterns and trends. Numbers are your friends!
 Experienced. You have a deep understanding of hardware and software configuration in a Microsoft Windows Server environment. You are passionate about product quality and have significant experience with QA processes and best practices. Desired skills include an understanding of Active Directory, relational databases, SQL, OLAP cubes and MDX, XML, JavaScript, Ajax.
