Job Description

Simply Measured is looking for a product manager to own the customer engagement funnel. You’ll be responsible driving product improvements that optimize customer engagement from trial to conversion, drive long-term usage, and reduce churn. You'll measure and optimize everything! You'll be constantly looking for ways to get more data about our customers and how they use our product. You'll be expected to integrate this data into your decision-making and make sure data is flowing to the sales, support, and marketing teams. You’ll test, iterate, and use the word "optimize" way too often. You will work to integrate new and existing tools to help our business processes scale (e.g. marketing automation, customer engagement, SFA, customer support). You’ll have lots to do and lots of room to grow.

What you’ll need to be hired for the job

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast paced environment as a product or program manager (5 or more years experience in the industry overall)
• You speak both engineer and business fluently. You aren’t a developer, but you can call bullshit and drive reasonable timelines
• You have an opinion on the term and meaning of “growth hacker”

What you’ll need to grow into being great at your job

• You hate the phrase “good enough”
• You never stop thinking of where to invest and how to eke that extra percent out of a strategy
• You can explain to the engineer working on an implementation why it matters to the point that they could do your job for you
