The Connected Arduino Series

June 24 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

| $60

*Recommended for intermediate and highly-motivated beginning users of Arduino*
Want to make a clock that shows where the members of your family are? Or an ambient multi-coloured orb to show how much energy you use? How about getting your mailbox to email you whenever the mailman comes by? This class series will get you started on the road to realizing your own connected projects using Arduino boards. You’ll learn how to connect your Arduino to the internet of things via; Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Xbee, Ethernet, and more. This workshop series will cover all of these methods and explore the many possibilities of “smart environments:” spaces that are monitored by connected sensors and perhaps responsive to input from external sources.
