While some 50,000 Amazon humans could someday populate the company’s planned second headquarters, HQ2 will also be home to thousands of dogs — if HQ1 in Seattle is any indication.

Amazon’s dog friendly work environment attracts some 6,000 four-legged friends to the office every day. As we near decision time on where the tech giant will set up shop elsewhere in the country, another Seattle company is looking at dog breeds and cities attracting buzz in the waning days.

Trupanion, providers of medical insurance for pets, says it scanned its database of more than 500,000 insured pets to look for “key canine differentiators” among three cities reportedly in late-stage talks to be rewarded with HQ2.

Trupanion didn’t just look at which breeds are most popular at Amazon now, but instead focused on “curiously common” breeds, which have a unique presence in a particular region and could set that place apart from 19 other contenders.

The breeds are not the most popular in New York City, Dallas or Northern Virginia / Washington, D.C., but they are found in these spots more frequently than almost anywhere else in North America.

If you already work for Amazon in Seattle, and might move to wherever HQ2 lands, check to see if your dog’s unique breed makes the cut here:
